Listening Importance

Hey, guys ! How are you doing ?
Let me ask you something : how do you expect to learn a second language without LISTENING to that language ? Many students of mine beg me not to speak English all the class, but come on , guys ! No way to learn without practing your ears !!! I recommend a very interesting site, just for listening, which is :
www.esl-lab.com . Try it ! Remember: it can look difficult at the first times, but you have to insist, ok ? ''No pain, no gain''....

p.s. : Something very important was forgotten : stop watching vidoes in Portuguese, forget about them ! From now on , just subtitled ones , right ?
